You own all deliverables created during our engagement. This includes code, documentation, infrastructure configurations, and any other work product. We retain ownership of our methodologies, templates, and pre-built components that we bring to the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any consulting engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim.
